Advanced vs Traditional Construction 🤔

Prefabricated homes, which are also known as 'prefab' homes, are constructed in sections off of the building site. These sections are then assembled together on location at the site 🏠

Modular homes, which are known as 'mod' homes... 🙊 (I made that up...) on the other hand are constructed as complete, 3D units in a factory and then transported to the building site 🏡

🤔 So what one is the best option if I was to look further into these two advanced manufacture process to build my home?
