A 1950s home in the Blue Ribbon location…

The renovation and extension project included an extension of the rear entertaining deck, replacing the existing timber hardwood decking with durable composite deck boards and extending the roof to provide full coverage. All internal doors and door hardware were upgraded to the classic Corinthian style with contemporary handles/locks in brushed nickel. The Main and Small Bathrooms, along with the Laundry and Toilet, were fully renovated. Additionally, a functional Drop Zone area was created in the hallway, featuring a desk and a bench seat and a new front door was installed.
