Certificate of Title

“How do I actually get one?” 🤷
~
For South Australia:
Your conveyancer will usually provide you with a copy of your Certificate of Title as part of the property purchase process.
~
If you already own the property and need another copy, you can purchase an electronic copy (called a Register Search) through Land Services SA (formerly the Lands Titles Office) 🔗www.australianlandtitlesearch.com.au
A small fee just under $100 applies.
~
Since electronic conveyancing was introduced, paper duplicate Certificates of Title are no longer issued in South Australia. 🖥
~
🤔 So who are our Local Conveyancers in Port Lincoln?
Some well-regarded local options include:
⭐ Port Lincoln Conveyancing
⭐ Patterson Conveyancing
⭐ Bartel & Hall Lawyers & Conveyancers
~
These local businesses can assist with obtaining your title, reviewing contracts and handling the conveyancing process.
~
Providing your Certificate of Title to your designer and builder early helps identify any restrictions before plans are drawn, reducing the risk of costly redesigns, delays or approval issues later. 👏
